Peters is an accomplished President, and CEO with more than 30 years of successful leadership experience in public and private companies. Peters has built industry-leaders through record growth, revenues, and earnings—always focusing on continuous improvement, client satisfaction and sustainable growth. Peters graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and was a decorated officer in the U.S. Army. Peters earned his MBA from California State Polytechnic University.

Brenden has commanded at the Brigade-level in the Army Reserve earning three Meritorious Service Medals. Scherr’s accomplishments include engineering designs and technical guidelines for some of the most significant new development projects in Las Vegas.
